We hope you will love your purchases, however if you're item is not right for you, we are happy for you to return it to us within 14 days from the date of receiving your item for a full refund.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the original packaging and all labels still attached to the garment, unworn with no makeup marks & must be fit for resale, should this not be the case unfortunately your item will be returned kindly back to you and no refund will be issued.

• Unfortunately we don't offer free returns, You will need to pay for postage.

​

• For free delivery for orders over £99, if you return any part of that order and it takes the order below £99 then £2.99 will be deducted from the cost of the item/item's returned to cover the original postage cost as the free delivery would no longer apply to that order.

• Please ensure you pack your items securely and include the invoice inside the packaging, we cannot issuse a refund without it.

• We will notify you by email once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded by your original payment method. Please be aware this may take a few days to appear in your account and be processed.

• We aim to process your refund within 1-2 working days from when we receive your item.

• We strongly recommend that you use a signed for service as unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any items that are lost or damaged. Please keep your proof of postage until we have confirmed we have received your parcel. ​​
